Time is passing fast. So it was time to pass by my "Long term Photo Project" – the EPFL Rolex Learning Center.
The work is progressing at an enormous speed. In the right rear corner already the preparation of the 2nd floor starts. Looks like it will be ready in time …

I just hope this project gets completed on time and on budget….unlike the Freedom Tower in New York which has balloned from 3 billion to 15 billion and still has not had the foundation laid.

… well, up to now it looks like they are going to make it. I will keep an eye on the construction site.
